Optimum range 110 - 115 BPM. Phrased for 4/4 Common time with or without syncopated beats.

Suggested Music: Down Came a Blackbird by Lila McCann, 108 BPM. 

1-8	TOUCH CROSS WITH HEEL SWIVELS
1-2	Touch right heel forward, Touch right toes across left
3-4	Touch right heel forward, Step right together with left
5-6	Swivel both heels right, Swivel both heels back to center
7&8	Hold (7), Swivel both heels right (&) then back to center (8)

9-16	KICKS, SAILOR STEP, STEP KICK AND COASTER STEP
1-2	Kick right foot forward, Kick right foot side right
3&4	Step right behind left (3), Step left side left (&) and right side right (4)
5-6	Step forward left, Kick right foot forward
7&8	Step right foot back (7), Step left next to right (&) and step forward right (8)

17-24	TOUCH CROSS WITH HEEL SWIVELS
1-2	Touch left heel forward, Touch left toes across right
3-4	Touch left heel forward, Step left together with right
5-6	Swivel both heels left, Swivel both heels back to center
7&8	Hold (7), Swivel both heels left (&) then back to center (8)

25-32	KICKS, SAILOR STEP, STEP KICK AND TURNING COASTER STEP
