Often called "Stop & Go" or "Heel & Toe" Polkas each dance is completed by adding 8-counts of polka steps, beginning the first shuffle on your free foot, which for most will be the left. As tempo increases try the longer ones. Some dances have many names and many variations. What follows is how I learned them.
