TRAVELING SYNCOPATED TOE TOUCHES, STEP FORWARD, HEEL SWIVEL, REPEAT
1&	Touch right toe forward; step right foot in place
2&	Touch left toe forward; step left foot in place

&	Swivel both heels to right
4	Return both heels back to center ending weight on LF
