Note: This dance is designed to keep feet close to the floor so it can be danced to very fast music if desired (up to 200 BPM) MUSIC: Teach - James Bonamy, Heartbreak School, 122 BPM Medium - Tracy Byrd, Honky-Tonk Dancing Machine, 144 BPM Dance - Bryan White, Sittin’ On Go, 167 BPM Kenny Chesney, My Poor Old Heart, 188 BPM STOMP, TOE, HEEL, TOE, STOMP, CLAP, FAN RIGHT 1 Stomp LEFT foot in place. 2 Move LEFT toes to left. 3 Move LEFT heel to left. 4 Move LEFT toee to left. 5 Bring RIGHT over and stomp next to LEFT. 6 Hold and clap. 7-8 Fan RIGHT toes to right and return.
