NOTES: This dance adapts well to a variety of songs and tempos, although my preference is towards polkas and pony songs because of their energy. Please try this to your own choice of music. I have purposely listed only older songs here because this dance was created as I look back 20 years: I had my first line dance class 20 years ago...and I haven’t stopped since! Moon Time is dedicated to my first line dance instructor, Maxcy Moon.

1&2 Kick-ball-change: Kick R forward, Step ball of R beside L, Change weight to L
3&4 Shuffle forward on R-L-R: Step R forward, Slide/Step L beside R, Step R forward
5&6 Kick-ball-change: Kick L forward, Step ball of L beside R, Change weight to R
7&8 Shuffle forward on L-R-L: Step L forward, Slide/Step R beside L, Step L forward
