Description: 32 beat, 4 wall intermediate line dance Music: "Movin' On Up" by M People - ??? BPM "I'm a Cowboy" by Smokin' Armadillos - "Pump Up The Volume" by M/A/R/R/S - ??? "If You're Not In It For Love" by Shania Twain - "Wild, Wild West" by Escape Club - ??? 1-8 ARM RIPPLES, WALK FORWARD 4 WITH ARM PUMPS Start with feet apart, fingers laced in front of chest, palms facing down, elbows lifted 1-2 Keeping fingers laced, raise R elbow up, down rippling through the wrists following through to the L elbow. 3-4 Repeat 1-2. (option: the arm ripples can also be done as 4 quick ones or one slow, 2 quicks) 5-8 Walk forward R, L, R, L with fists up to sides, elbows bent (heel of fisted hands facing forward). With each forward step, contract chest and pump fists and elbows forward. &9-12 ROGER RABBIT BACK R, L, R, L & Scoot back on L as R leg extends behind you, 1 Lock step R in behind L as you lift L knee & Scoot back on R as L leg extends behind you, 2 Lock step L in behind R as you lift R knee & Scoot back on L as R leg extends behind you, 3 Lock step R in behind L as you lift L knee & Scoot back on R as L leg extends behind you, 4 Lock step L in behind R as you lift R knee 13-20 HEEL JACKS & HOOK TURNS &1 Step back with R foot, Touch L heel forward &2 Step forward with L foot, Hook R foot tightly behind L ankle 3 Sharply turn 1/2 L on L foot with R foot still hooked behind L ankle &4 Step back with R foot, Touch L heel forward &5 Step forward with L foot, Hook R foot tightly behind L ankle 6 Sharply turn 1/2 L on L foot with R foot still hooked behind L ankle &7 Step back with R foot, Touch L heel forward & Step forward slightly to L side with L foot 8 Step R foot to R side putting weight on both feet 21-24 HIP CIRCLE BUMPS 1-4 Slowly circle hips once counter(anti)-clockwise. As you circle your hips, you will also do quick heel drops on both feet using the count 1 & 2 & 3 & 4 25-32 KNEE BENDS R, CLAP, KNEE BENDS L, CLAP 1 Step R side with R foot, bending both knees, placing hands on thighs just above knees. The fingers should be on the inside and the thumbs on the outisde of the legs, body leaned slightly forward. &2 Slightly straighten legs, maintaining position of body and hands, Bend knees again 3-4 Standing straight, close the L foot to the R foot, Clap 5-8 Repeat 1-4 to L side, turning 1/4 L as you close your feet, Clap & Lace fingers to prepare for the arm ripple.
