1/2 LEFT, TOUCH, 1/2 RIGHT, TOUCH, 1/2 LEFT, TOUCH, BACK, BACK, CROSS 1 Step LEFT foot 1/4 turn to left 2 Pivoting on LEFT, turn 1/4 left and touch RIGHT toe next to LEFT instep. 3 Hold (You have made 1/2 turn to the left side) (1-3) Man drops left hand, raises right arm & lady turns under, touch L hands on count 3 or place left hand at waist. Lady is now behind man 4 Step RIGHT foot 1/4 turn to right 5 Pivoting on RIGHT, turn 1/4 right and touch LEFT toe next to RIGHT instep 6 Hold. (You have made 1/2 turn to right side) (4-6) Man raises Right arm and lady turns under it. Lady will need to take longer steps when she steps back to partner. Man keeps steps small. FORWARD ROLLING TURN, RIGHT VINE 37 Step forward on LEFT 1/4 turn left 38 Step forward on RIGHT 1/4 turn left 39 Step forward on LEFT 1/2 turn left *Note: You are doing a full rolling turn forward on 37-39, not to the side Easier option, Forward lock: Forward L, Cross R forward and to outside of L, forward L (37-39) Tandem Turn: Man raises lady's left hand in his left; he turns under the "arch" the first turn and the lady turns under the "arch" the second turn; they return to side by side position with the lady slightly in front of the man upon completion of forward rolling turn (37-39) Alternate turn - Windmill turn: Man drops left hands, raises right hands and turns picking up lady's left hand with his left hand as they complete 1/2 turn 40-42 Step RIGHT to right, cross LEFT behind RIGHT, step RIGHT to right Harder option: full rolling turn to right side turning right 1/4 TURN SIDE ROCK, CROSS, BACK, BACK, CROSS 43 Step forward 1/4 right on LEFT and rock weight onto it 44 Rock back onto RIGHT shifting weight to RIGHT 45 Cross LEFT over RIGHT, weight on it 46 Step back on RIGHT 47 Step back on LEFT past RIGHT 48 Cross RIGHT over LEFT, weight on it (43-48) At the end of the right vine (40-42) you will return to Indian style with the quarter turn on count 43 and remain there.Repeat.
***For small dance floors: Do forward roll, counts 37-39, almost in place, stepping forward just slightly on Left.
